Make big gymnasiums, have running machines, cycle machines, rowing machines and rowing machines (for married couples), etc, weights machines, you get the picture..
but
Nothing has power to it, the whole place is linked to dynamos (think the Wind-up Radio, Cycle dynamo or even Hydroelectric Turbine).
Already some odd people do go to the gym, but to add to the fuel source we will also send the unemployed to the gym each day or night for some hours.
