Giraffes

They're like big cows with really long necks aren't they? Well, no, for a start they don't look anything like cows and most of us don't drink their milk or anything. So, in coclusion, they're nothing like cows at all or sheep for that matter.

Ever disdainful of other animals, the giraffe was originally a short legged, stumpy little creature who, by utilising a series of stretching exercises over many generations, evolved into the long necked, gangly creature we know today - simply so that they could look down on every other creature. But in typical giraffe short-sightedness they forgot that birds could fly and therefor could still look down on them. This still irks the giraffes to this day and is the reason you will never see one look up - not even if you gather in groups pointing excitedly saying, "look up there! That's the most amazing thing I've ever seen!"
