The sadest part of India is that even though so many brilliant scientists, engineers and thinkers have evolved out of the population they still build a building first then make the roads to access it later, if at all.
Untill that time the papers get lost somewhere in the pockets of the million brokers and politicians who think they know what is best for the country.
