Famed for their musk - which is a heady cocktail of
fishy smells and lavender - pelicans patrol the inner city council estates that everyone else abandoned long ago. They scoop up little ne'er-do-wells and the occasional scallywag in their big mouths and transport them to Bognor where they enjoy 5 days of R&R and some
T and a before being deposited back home. This is the only altruistic act that they perform however and they actually spend the majority of their
time on high things such as lamp posts - just so they can look down on everyone else (the same reason that
giraffes evolved the long necks).
